Boxing
The typical boxing training session stimulates all muscle groups, and provides the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Indeed, the boxers workout is guaranteed to get anyone into the best shape of their lives. This 60-minute session focuses on every type of physical capacity: strength, power, coordination, aerobic fitness, anaerobic fitness and endurance. Exercises that are emphasized include, heavy bag, speed-ball floor to ceiling-ball and medicine-ball work, skipping, running, and sprints.

Kickboxing
This is a 60-minute, technique focused kickboxing class where our Trainers will help you develop and refine your skills. Members will be paired up (according to skill level) and make use of punching bags, focus/kick pads and some light sparring (under strict guidance) for those that wish to participate. This class caters for both beginner and advanced level members.
Thursday 6.00pm - 7.00pm
Strength & Conditioning
This 60 minute class will have members participating in a circuit style workout Incorporating the use of punching bags, hand weights and various workouts, finishing up with 15-minutes of focused strength training. This class is suitable for people of all fitness levels as you work at your own pace.

Junior Kickboxing
This is a 60-minute, technique focused kickboxing class where our Trainers will help you develop and refine your skills. Muay Thai / Fighter Training
This session is a no-gi structured one-on-one ground fighting, achieving superior position for joint locks, chokes and strikes. Brazilian Jui Jitsu is known as a martial art that requires skill and efficiency, not brute strength which is built on the principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant using proper leverage and technique. To achieve this goal, you have to use a variety of maneuvers such as chokes, strangles and locks while executing other moves (such as mounts and guards) to gain a dominant position to defend yourself. The 60-minute session will focus on all aspects of Brazilian Jul Jitsu techniques, from very basic to more advanced sophisticated moves which may be used for self-defense or competition situations.

Womens Classes
Women’s Cardio is a revolutionary exercise program inspired by the complete package of Boxing, Kickboxing, BJJ, MMA, free weights and FUN, which ultimately will bring you the results you’ve always wanted. This program is specially aimed at shaping and toning women’s bodies whilst achieving weight loss through healthy living. These classes are designed to pushing your body to the next level. It will drive your cardio endurance up while keeping your muscles loaded for strength training and most importantly toning your body. This one hour session is designed to help you reach beyond your fitness limit and push you further than you normally would alone.
